Overview We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we're unable to accept returns.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Our store carries two types of products:

  • Made-to-order items (printed and fulfilled by our production partner) — these cannot be returned due to their custom nature unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us at bizinsighthub@gmail.com with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Stocked items — eligible for return within 30 days. To initiate a return, email us at bizinsighthub@gmail.com with your order number and we will provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods

EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without justification.
